Event Details

Launchpad,

We are hosting a series of events in partnership with Bipolar UK, Community Network, Depression Alliance, NSUN and Time to Change, for anyone living with a mental health problem to come along and find out about mental health support and how to take mental health action, in the North East.

Join us to:

  • Find out about the new NHS structures and how you can work with others to influence the changing structures where you live.
  • Contribute to our research in to peer support, hear about exciting projects happening in your area and share your own experiences.
  • Talk to others who want to get involved in our work, local campaigners and people from local projects over a networking lunch. Find out how you can help challenge discrimination against people with mental health problems.

This event is open to everyone dealing with a mental health problem, those who are new to Mind’s work and those that know us. We welcome people with experience of campaigning and influencing and those that have no experience.

The venue has full disabled access.

You will be able to claim for your travel costs after the event through forms we will give out on the day, with a stamped address envelope to send back to us.

If you have any further queries beforehand, please email us: engagement@mind.org.uk
